Acting AG Henry Announces 3 Arrested, 6 Firearms Seized in Philadelphia Drug Trafficking Takedown

HARRISBURG – Acting Attorney General Michelle Henry today announced the arrest of three Philadelphia men, Daniel Perez, 30, Jonathan Mitchell, 29, and Joshua Morales, 21, for charges related to the distribution of drugs, including fentanyl, and the possession of multiple firearms, including two ghost guns.

While executing search warrants, agents from the Office of Attorney General Bureau of Narcotics Investigation (BNI) and the Philadelphia Police Department Intensive Drug Investigation Squad (IDIS) seized over 4,000 grams of Fentanyl, which is equal to approximately 139,000 doses with a street value of over $1,000,000. Agents also seized over 1,000 grams of cocaine and crack cocaine, with a street value of $90,000, as well as six firearms and over $100,000 in cash.
